Yoga & Breathwork

Learn to calm your nervous system, let go of tension, and relax your mind.

Join me in this lovely space surrounded by beautiful trees and fields. We will start with some pranayama (breathwork), and then move through a slow flow vinyasa sequence, finding our connection in each posture and experiencing them fully.

Yoga and pranayama has amazing benefits for the body and mind, including stress reduction, improved sleep, stronger connection to your self, and the ability to be more present both in your practice and in your life.

Fridays 12:30pm:
Beginners Yoga & Breathwork
(1 hour)

If you’re new to yoga, or want to break down each pose and learn more about the specific benefits this is a great class for you.

We will start with some movements to bring our awareness into the body and build the mind/body/breath connection, and then move into some simple pranayama and physical postures. These classes will slowly open the body, build an awareness of your internal landscape and hopefully begin to release some tension that may have built up.

Everyone’s body is different, and we’re all on different journeys, so these classes will be small so I can help everyone individually to find your way into the poses safely. If you’re worried about anything in particular, just drop me an email and we can talk about it!
